Two people I was honored to meet included fellow judge Stephen Beaumont, author of several books, and the one and only Master Gao 高大师 himself, organizer of this and numerous other craft beer events in China, owner of the first Chinese-owned craft brewery to bottle and distribute, and author of arguably the first Chinese book on modern homebrewing
